Our company leadership has over 25 years of hands-on experience, Wolverine’s two lead operators have four decades of combined experience, and all of our personnel are trained by factory representatives on an inventory of advanced equipment.

Cut-To-Size

Automatic-loading CNC panel saws perform highly precise single sheet or book cuts for square, accurate parts with exceptional edge quality. All of our machines are controlled via office-based Optisave optimization software to meet our customers’ needs.

Contour Edge Banding

Wolverine’s automatic CNC-controlled machines also apply a wide range of edge styles to contoured, geometrically shaped parts such as rounds, half moon, and radii corners. We can apply PVC banding from 0.018 inch to 3 mm and solid wood banding from 0.018 inch up to ⅛ inch.

Flat Table CNC Routing

These machines allow parts nesting, which make them ideal for a range of jobs, even those that require small parts. A CNC-controlled three-axis machining center with a flat vacuum table secures full sheets of material and automatic tool changers allow quick changes––for maximum efficiency and great results.

Drawer Box Manufacturing

Our pneumatic case-manufacturing machine ensures proper clamping and positioning of every drawer box during construction.

CNC Boring, Gluing and Doweling

Our CNC-controlled machines quickly and easily process parts that require edge processing for construction. Whether the job demands accurately drilling and inserting dowels or machining parts for a Cam-Lock joint, Wolverine is up to the job.

Straight Edge Banding

Our automatic CNC control edge processing machines apply a variety of edges to straight edge panels, including PVC banding from 0.018 inch to 3 mm and solid wood sticks up to ¼ inch.

Pod and Rail CNC Routing

At Wolverine, we have a broad range of capabilities, and can easily produce complicated parts with multiple tools. CNC-controlled three-axis machining centers with vacuum pods secure the workpiece. Tool changes are automatic for routing, shaping, and drilling parts based on your project––your needs.

Feed through CNC Routing

Wolverine can easily handle the large panels that are difficult to process on traditional machines. Our CNC-controlled machines with four-axis machining centers are equipped with a material gripper that moves the part through the machine for processing.

CNC Case Assembling

Wolverine’s advanced quality-control capabilities include CNC-controlled clamping machines that ensure maximum strength and squareness that stands up on to years of use.
